Good rates, quiet, and GREAT communication. There was an incident that was reported to me immediately while they were diligently checking the property that THANKFULLY turned out to be a false alarm. I was EXTREMELY HAPPY that they let me know, even though there was no issue. Also, they consistently keep me informed on my billing cycles and when the autopay goes through, ELIMINATING the guess work. Kudos to the team there, I haven’t had that level of service in a long time and it is truly a breath of fresh air. I strongly encourage you to seek them out for your storage needs. 👍😉“

Been here for 13 years, and although the price has increased a LOT, we are very happy here. Most of the price increases were in the first couple years. The price has been consistent over the past few years. Great staff and very secure storage. Changed hands a few times over the years, but that's fine. Sometimes called Ft. Knox, sometimes PDQ Self Storage. We came here just days after they first opened. We feel very safe here, never any sketchy people around. And it's located in a good area. I highly recommend this storage facility.“
